The Fort Myer Military Community Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) organization has a mission to provide military personnel and their families a high quality of life. We foster and support improvised productivity, mental, and physical fitness, individual growth, positive values and family wellbeing. To this end, MWR provides service members programs and services ranging from childcare and financial counseling to assistance for families of those deployed, as well as numerous entertainment, recreation,
and leisure activities.
The beneficiaries of our programs include active duty service members, their families, retirees, and Department of Defense civilians who are stationed within the footprint of the Washington DC Metro area. Our programs are offered on Fort Myer, Fort McNair, and the Henderson Hall
Marine Base.

Other facilities and programs available for Sponsorship include both Fitness Centers, Recreation Center, Swimming Pools, Tennis Courts, Bowling Alley, the Patriot Sports Zone Lounge, Auto-Craft Garage, Library, Lodging, Youth Center, both Officers Clubs, and the Better Opportunity for Single Soldiers (BOSS) program. The benefits gained by partnering with MWR include reaching the military consumer demographic in the DC Metro region. Military consumers are loyal, well educated and financially stable. Advertising opportunities can include signage, advertising (print, internet, etc), product samplings, face to face interactions, inclusion in event promotional items, customer surveys, public address announcements and recognitions, onsite displays, banner placement, media coverage, facility static display, press releases, invitations to special events, VIP Receptions and many other benefits.
